What makes Prometheus unique is our expertise in systematizing our macro views to create rules-based quantitative strategies. We think this is the biggest edge that we have over traditional macro research. We don’t just provide you with views and then wish you good luck—but instead, we take those views, turn them into quantitative rules, stress-test them over hundreds of years of data and across geographies, and then turn them into clear, actionable investment portfolios.

There are five key components of our offering:

• The Observatory: The Observatory is how we at Prometheus monitor the evolution of the economy and financial markets in real time. We track and analyze virtually every piece of data on the US economy and its implications for markets. Over the years, we have built a significant amount of infrastructure around this process— so much so that we can offer almost all of our economic research for free. This is because we believe that a basic understanding of the economy should be a public good. So if you’re looking to know what’s happening to the economy and markets regularly, you don’t need to pay for anything— we've got you covered, for free. At Prometheus, you don’t pay for content; you pay for portfolios. We address those parts of our offering next.

• Prometheus S&P 500 Program: The Prometheus S&P 500 Program aims to outperform the S&P 500 over a full investment cycle. The program will aim to achieve this objective by leveraging our proprietary combination of Sector Selection, Beta Timing, Active Overlays, and Dynamic Risk Control. • Prometheus Crisis Protection Program: The Prometheus Crisis Protection program seeks to offer a portfolio diversifier during periods of economic and financial instability by blending active, long-only exposure to Gold, TIPS, and VIX. The program is designed to have minimal turnover, except during crisis periods, and is intended to be a portable solution for both active and passive equity market investors. • Prometheus ETF Program: The ETF Program is an investment program that combines active macro alpha and strict risk control, all in an easy-to-follow solution for individual investors. This is a pure macro timing program, benchmarked to cash, with the objective of getting active during periods of macroeconomic volatility.

• Prometheus Multi-Strategy Program: The Prometheus Multi-Strategy Program is our primary offering to institutional investors. The Monitor is how we track and communicate the positioning and reasoning of the Prometheus Multi-Strategy Program. The program systematically trades 47 global markets daily. This program is largely unsuitable for individual investors, given the breadth of markets and infrastructure required to manage its turnover and transaction costs. The objective of occasionally sharing reports is to provide insight into what our most high-frequency and adaptive programs are making of the current macro environment, rather than to encourage you to try to mimic the programs.
